Financial & Business Restructuring

Frank Coombes and Coombes Corporate Finance have worked on a number of Financial & Business Restructuring assignments.  These include:

• Requested by a bank to review the finances and business operations of one of their clients.  CCF produced a detailed review report for the bank highlighting some key recommendations.  CCF went on to produce a detailed 5 year business plan supported by detailed financial projections.  These were used in restructuring the debt financing for the company.
• CCF has led the finance and business restructuring of a manufacturing company in the Midlands.  CCF prepared a detailed SWOT analysis of the business and used this to prepare a detailed 5 year business plan & financial projections.  CCF then led the financial restructuring of the business including restructuring the debt finance and raising new equity finance to support this restructuring.
• Assisted in restructuring a food business held under a cooperative structure into a privately held company..
• Led the refinancing and raising acquisition finance for a leading Nursing Home Group
